I have always had a high will to succeed and an extremely competitive drive which pushes me to learn as much as I can about everything I do in an effort to be the best. While I try to remain humble and realize I cannot be the best at EVERYTHING, it doesn’t stop me from at least trying.
As I get older I have realized that my success is directly related to how much I have helped others and not so much related to my strong drive – although it definitely helps. With a general IQ in the 160’s and a memory that some older computers would be jealous of, I am very capable of fulfilling my desires to learn as much about my profession as possible. I realize that I do not have all the answers every day is a learning experience for me. An old man I used to rent a house from years ago once told me “if you have nothing else to do and you see a man digging a ditch – watch him and you may learn a better way to dig a ditch.” I furthered that statement to say “help him and you will learn much more”. I feel that we are always learning but that which we learn today helps us and our clients & friends tomorrow.
Prior to my real estate career I worked as a computer consultant acting in all phases of computing and was familiar with everything from mainframes to desktops, programming to networking, and much more but my strongest suit was my ability to work online and I take that previous experience and put it forth in my day to day operations to help people buy and sell homes. My real passion for real estate came soon after feeling the excitement of buying my first home and I wanted to help others with that same feeling and help change lives in a good way, one family at a time.
