The Overlook at Swan Lake Estates got its name because it “overlooks” Swan Lake. Many very nice homes surround the back side of the lake and amenities include clubhouse, dock/pier, and playground for the kids so residents do not have to live on the lake to enjoy it.
3 and 4 bedroom homes start in the low $200k range and lakefront homes start in the $200k range although deals can be found occasionally.
The Overlook at Swan Lake is close to shopping at Crossroads shopping center in Gulfport and offers an expansive selection of shopping and dining as well as a large movie theater. Factory Outlets Mall, Walmart and other stores are nearby as well.
