English Manor in Gulfport MS is another subdivision that is close to just about everything. Roughly a mile from Crossroads shopping center, Best Buy, Cinemark movie theater, Factory Outlets, and numerous dining facilities, and even closer to the Gulfport Sportsplex and Gulf Islands Waterpark. This community, built by D.R. Horton, has extremely well-built homes at reasonable pricing.
Originally, these homes started out in the $150k-$200k range. This community started out with excellent cost per square foot cost, making the community one of the best valued properties available.

Are D.R. Horton homes still being built in English Manor, Gulfport, MS? Are they building in any other area in Gulfport or Biloxi, MS? If so, what are the price ranges and floor plans available? Thanks for your attention to this matter.
I am not aware of anywhere on the coast that D.R. Horton is building currently. We do have other builders here that are building comparable (some better) homes for around the same price. I believe D.R. Horton was priced out of the area but other builders.
New homes start in good areas in the $140’s and go up from there. Average is around $95-$105/sq ft in new subdivisions that would be comparable to what you are familiar with in a Horton home.

Can you name a few good builders for me? I am mostly interested in Ocean springs area, search for new construction homes.
