Horton is building currently. We do have other builders here that are building comparable (some better) homes for around the same price. I believe D.R. Horton was priced out of the area but other builders. New homes start in good areas in the $140's and go up from there. Average is around $95-$105/sq ft in new subdivisions that would be comparable to what you are familiar with in a Horton home. I have also sent you an email with this information directly.
