If you are looking to buy with incentives, SRAP has been over for over a year. However, the <a href="http://mscoastrealty.com/real-estate-investing/go-zone-extension-2011-notes/" rel="nofollow">Go Zone extension</a>, a very nice tax incentive that allows for 50% depreciation of improvements to property would be an awesome incentive to buy as an investor if you have paid taxes in the past 5 years or if you expect to pay taxes in the next 10.
