Hello I was born in mississippi and most of my family is there i am looking to relocate back home in may 2014 I will be visiting in Nov 2013 to look around and see what area i would like to live in if you could help that would be great also i am looking to rent at this time

If you are looking for rentals, there are plenty out there and while I do not personally do rentals at this time (I have no one on staff for it anymore), I can refer you to someone that is very good. If you are looking to buy with incentives, SRAP has been over for over a year. However, the Go Zone extension, a very nice tax incentive that allows for 50% depreciation of improvements to property would be an awesome incentive to buy as an investor if you have paid taxes in the past 5 years or if you expect to pay taxes in the next 10.
