It is truly a shame that their aren’t more condo developments that utilize southern Mississippi’s amenities quite like Anatole Bay. Biloxi Mississippi is an incredible place to live or visit. Biloxi is at the top of the charts nationwide as the fastest appreciating city in the country. Known to many tourists as “Vegas on the Beach”, Biloxi has a wealth of amenities and events above and beyond what most gaming cities can offer. Centrally located between Alabama and Louisiana along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Biloxi residents enjoy a flourishing micro-economy of macro-economic proportion. The Gaming, Seafood, and Entertainment Industries solidify Biloxi as “destination hot-spot”, but moreso Biloxi is also home to one of the largest Air Force Bases in the country. The steady influx of new Airmen and tourists make Biloxi an extremely viable investment option for long and short term rentals. Today’s real estate prices for near beach properties are some of the lowest anywhere in the country. The best indicator of appreciable real estate has always been waterfront. Much of Biloxi is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Biloxi’s back by to the north. Prices currently start in the 30k range for condos and 70k range for homes!

Former Confederate President Jefferson Davis had a home here on the beach in central Biloxi. The Jefferson Davis Home is near Keesler Air Force Base and is currently open to the public.
