Camelot Estates in Gulfport, MS should be titled “Affordable Luxury”. Adams Homes has a history of putting out a quality home for a reasonable price, but they outdid themselves here.

Camelot Estates is a centrally located subdivision with easy access to shopping and entertainment at the intersection of Hwy 49 and I-10. The area boasts Crossroads shopping center, Sam’s Club, the Factory Outlets, and a Walmart shopping complex as well numerous dining establishments.

Easy access to the Gulfport Sports Complex, Gulf Islands Waterpark, and for those that don’t like traffic on Hwy 49, an alternate route to I-10 by way of Canal Rd when you need to get to the Interstate a little quicker.

At the time of this writing, there are only two available properties in Camelot Estates based on data from the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors MLS. One home is 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, 2100 square feet and listed at $219,900. The other is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath home, with a whopping 3000 square feet of living space (one of my favorite floor plans by Adams Homes), and is listed at $244,900.
