South Mississippi is home to to more than 20 golf courses! Gulf Hills Golf Club is located in north Ocean Springs on Back Bay Biloxi only 5 minutes from Casino Row by car or boat. This winding and rolling bay-side golf-course community remains undervalued with home prices starting in the $200’000’s on the golf course. The subdivision of Gulf Hills has excellent investment potential given the outstanding quality of its golf course, near Gulf of Mexico waterfront, proximity to historic-downtown Ocean Springs, and of course how incredibly close it is to Biloxi’s Casino Row and big name entertainment. Windance Country Club of Gulfport, owned and operated by Island View Casino, is a wonderful course that plays host to many local and professional tournaments. Diamondhead is a two-golf course community with many extras. The Diamondhead community is a subdivision that’s a city located on the northern edge of St. Louis Bay in Hancock Cournty.
