In an overall view, 4 units were sold for under $150,000, 10 were sold for $150,000-$200,000, 8 closed from $200,000-$250,000, and 6 were sold above $250,000. In the same time period from 2007-2008 there were 44 condos for sale reported as closed. 2008-2009 has seen over a 35% decrease in condo sales from the previous year during the same time frame.
