Our “Local Information” section contains great information on individual cities, subdivisions, new construction, waterfront, condos, and investment opportunities here on the MS Coast. It also includes market activity updates with sold and active listing stats. Then we help the buyer re-negotiate the contract if necessary depending on inspection results. Lastly we safeguard and manage the buyer’s contract through title abstract & underwriting to a SUCCESSFUL CLOSING!
