SimplySOLD® Viking Realty joined the SimplySOLD® family in June of 2007. Prior to my (Damion Flynn, Broker/Owner) real estate career, I was a computer consultant acting in all phases of computers, networking, programming, and design, so it was important for me to operate a highly technology-driven real estate company.
After spending months of coding some of my own designs, I came across SimplySOLD, the only real estate franchise that shared my visions of what real estate is becoming. I decided to join the SimplySOLD family so that I could focus on growing my real estate business instead of building platforms.
2008 is going to be the big “take-off” for SimplySOLD Viking Realty. We are starting to implement our systems and recruiting. We have several plans working in action to grow the SimplySOLD name on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and open offices all across the coast.
