Agent Referrals

When you refer business to me, you can rest assured that your referral is in the best hands imaginable.

Buyers are immediately pre-qualified, educated, and are typically under contract in less than a week because I take the time up front to educate and listen to my buyers.

Sellers are also educated and put on a detailed marketing plan that involves getting the maximum online exposure.

I will gladly pay 25% referral fee on all referrals over $100k and 20% on anything under $100k to any licensed broker.

As part of my referral process, and to show my appreciation for the business, I try to make a conscious effort to send regular updates to the referring agent.
