Agent Referrals

I am currently not taking referrals from other agents except for listings where the sellers are reasonable in their asking price. I am not taking referrals for buyers unless they are pre-qualified or willing to do so at the first point of contact.

I will pay 25% referral fees on one side of the transaction, at closing, to licensed real estate brokers.

If you are an agent on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and looking for referrals from me, I already have a list of referral partners that I use regularly. I am currently looking for career-minded agents who want to learn and are willing to work.
