We gladly take your referrals and will pay you nicely. We pay 30% of our buyer-side commission directly to you on your referred buyers and 25% of selling side commission on your referred sellers!
You can rest assured knowing you are referring to top agents that will work to get the deal done. Fill out the contact form on this website with your name and your referral’s name and we will start working immediately to get them closed, keeping you in the loop the whole time.
We have referred business to out of state agents/brokers numerous times and our biggest complaint is that we never know what is happening unless we pester the agent on the other side or contact the client directly – and that gets annoying. We don’t want you to feel like you are just crossing your fingers. We will always let you know where we stand on your referrals and you will get a check promptly after closing.
To receive a referral commission, you must be licensed. Commissions can only be written to your broker or your broker’s company. Referral commissions are generally paid directly by the closing agent and will be mailed to the address we have on file.
