Owen Place in Gulfport MS is a newer subdivision with price points starting on new homes in the $130k range. While they are in a “starter” price range, don’t let that fool you. These homes are very nice inside and include high ceilings, granite counters, solid cabinets and large closets.
Owen Place is located with easy access to everything and may have access to rural financing giving the ability to get 100% loan to value mortgage, meaning buyers do not have to bring as much to the closing table – and in some case, buyers may not have to bring any money to the closing table.
