The highest price home available for sale is $1,149,000.
Closed transactions have fallen 32% over the past year, according to MLS, with only 76 homes for sale sold in the past 12 months from 12-15-08 through 12-15-09. In the same time period of 2007-2008 112 homes sold, 2006-2007 139 homes sold, 2005-2006 170 homes sold, and from 2004-2005 126 homes sold. Sellers are dropping their prices as a slower, more competitive market has increased buying opportunities in this appreciable and centric area.
The closed transaction stats of D’iberville over the past year were; 10 homes closed from $50,000 to $100,000, 27 from $100,001 to $150,000, 16 from $150,001 to $200,000, 18 from $200,001 to $300,000, 3 from $300,001 to $400,000, and 2 closing for over $400,000. Several of the higher priced homes were sold in the Riverwalk subdivision.
